Terms of use.

These terms cover how the Multilingual PR distribution service works and what we expect from the accounts that use it.

Last updated 2026-01-01

1. Service overview

Multilingual PR provides automated translation and distribution of press releases to local news outlets in supported languages and countries. Availability of specific outlets may vary over time.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the copy and assets you submit. You grant Multilingual PR a license to translate, adapt, and publish that content to reach the target outlets you select.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit content that is illegal in the target market, defamatory, misleading, discriminatory, or that violates the intellectual property of others. See prohibited topics for detail.

4. Translation and edits

Automated translations aim to preserve tone and meaning. Minor stylistic changes may occur to fit local editorial norms. Brand names, product names, and personal names are preserved.

5. Publication timing

We target publication within 0–10 minutes of submission. External outlets set their own indexing and rendering timelines, which may vary.

6. Fees and refunds

Fees are due at submission. Once a release enters translation, refunds are limited to cases where distribution failed on our side. Corrections after publication are best-effort.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. Multilingual PR is not liable for indirect damages arising from external outlet decisions, search engine indexing, or third-party republication.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that repeatedly submit prohibited content or attempt to abuse the platform.
