FAQ · Common questions

Answers to the questions we hear most.

How long does it take to publish?+

Most releases clear automated review and appear on local wire outlets within 0–10 minutes after submission. If the AI does not auto-approve, a manual human review is triggered — this usually takes 1–3 hours.

Which languages and countries are covered?+

France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom, China, Portugal, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Arabic-speaking regions, Japan, Mexico, and more — over 20 locales in total. Additional languages are added regularly.

Can I submit in my original language?+

Yes. Submit in your original language and it will be translated into every locale you select. If your original language isn't one of the 20+ we distribute in, that's fine too — submit in any language and our AI will translate it into each target language.

How accurate are the AI translations?+

We run releases through current top-tier large language models tuned for editorial press style. Every output is checked for tone, factual consistency, and locale grammar. Brand names, product names, and people are protected from translation.

What happens if a translation is wrong?+

We use the latest AI models combined with a press-release dictionary and terminology knowledge base, so translation errors that affect reading are extremely rare. If one does slip through, submit a correction request and our team will manually edit the affected copy on the outlets.

Can I see a sample release?+

Yes. Sample releases in every supported language are available in your user area after signup.

Which sites will publish my release in each language?+

The full list of outlets included for each language is available in your user area. You can review them before ordering.

Are image file names translated?+

Yes. Image file names, alt text, and captions are localized for each language. Brand marks and proper nouns are preserved.

What is paraphrasing and why would I want it?+

Paraphrasing produces slightly different wording per outlet in the same language. It avoids duplicate-content signals and improves indexing across multiple destinations.

Do you offer an API?+

Yes. The API tier lets you submit releases, monitor status, and pull publication URLs programmatically. See the API page for details.

Do you offer reseller or agency rates?+

Yes. Contact our volume desk through the contact page for institutional rates and white-label options.

What topics do you not accept?+

See our prohibited topics page for the full list. In short: illegal activity, adult content, weapons, hate speech, and content that violates local press laws in target markets.

Can I edit a release after submission?+

Minor corrections can be pushed to already-published outlets on a best-effort basis. Substantial rewrites require a new distribution credit.

How is billing handled?+

Pay per release, up front. No retainers, no subscriptions. Volume customers can arrange invoicing.
